How does our 70/30 model work?
Working in the 70/30 model of hirewize means that you do not have to worry about anything and are not at financial risk. You will immediately receive a contract for an indefinite period and you will always receive the same fixed salary, even if you do not have an assignment. If you do have an assignment, you will also earn a variable salary in addition to your fixed salary. This is the difference between the fixed salary you receive and the turnover of your assignment. In addition, you have a say in project choice, you work from a location that suits you and you have plenty of growth opportunities.
